Shipping policy

Please allow anywhere from 5-7 business days for us to package and ship your order once it is placed. All orders are meticulously prepared and packaged. 

 

Shipping Methods: 

We offer standard shipping on all products. The cost of shipping will be added upon checkout, and you will be made aware of the total shipping cost. For orders outside of the continental United States, please contact us at birddogcandlecompany@gmail.com

At this time we can not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses or a P.O. Box address. We hope to have the ability to do so in the future.

 

Delivery Time:

Average delivery times are anywhere from 3-5 days to receive after we have shipped your product. Please note that we are at the mercy of the carrier, so delays may occur that are out of our control. You may track your order via the shipping number you receive in your email.  

 

Lost or Damaged Products:

In the event of a lost or damaged product, please contact us at birddogcandlecompany@gmail.com.  We will assist in creating a solution.
